My name is Jennifer Wiss-Carline and I am a practising Solicitor regulated by the Solicitor’s Regulation Authority (SRA). I have also been a Chartered Legal Executive since 2006. I continue to be regulated by CILEX.
I specialise in Private Client and I can advise across a range of other related areas.
I am also a Commissioner for Oaths (since 2006) and provide this service on a discretionary basis in my capacity as a Fellow of CILEx.
I started working in law in 2000 and my legal experience includes both private practice (Civil Litigation, Residential and Commercial Property, and Private Client) and in-house (Corporate/Commercial and Employment). I was Highly Commended by CILEX at the 2018 CILEX National Awards 2018 for Private Client expertise. I have authored work for the CILEX journal, LexisNexis and the Parliamentary Review amongst others and produced more than 200 legal guides for various solicitor websites. I have also previously supervised/trained junior lawyers and lectured for first year LL.B students.
